The Representative for the Eastbourne Brochure that was delivered to every household regarding the £18,000,000 Pot for repairing the roads and pavements is completely false, no such amount will be available to use in East Sussex, it has been alleged. As usual a TORY PLOY TO GET MORE VOTES – It is a pity that these people can’t tell the truth! Next they will be accusing other people that is what they have been told to print and that’s the proof, they just follow their leader. Bending the truth is not acceptable.
I really got excited when driving down Central Avenue when I saw a two foot by two foot patch over a hole in the road and that was it. Had they travelled further up the road and at the turn, there’s a nasty hole there as well and further on in Filching Road is another hole. Along the Seafront Road an attempt to repair the nasty dip and hole has been partially done. The men who did that must have been blind! Why do we pay these parasites in the County Council who can’t organise somebody to do a good and safe job!
The TORY MANIFESTO is to make the roads and pavements unsafe to reduce the traffic and also cause pedestrians to become hospitalised as a lesson to stay home, especially the elderly. How many times do you have to walk with your eyes looking down? I bet quite a lot of the time!
It is outrageous that this County Council is getting away with murder! The number of vehicles that have to swerve to miss a hole! What with the usual ROAD HAZARDS that a driver of his or her vehicle has to contend with, a driver has to look carefully at the surface of the road ahead to make sure he or she doesn’t end up in hospital due to the incompetence of someone who is supposed to make our roads safe to drive on!
Another trouble with some M.P.’s is they think they are above the law and are allowed special privileges, and I could name a few, but as usual one mustn’t upset the apple cart too much as one could end up in court answering a trumped up charge of fiction or even a Fairy Story!
Eastbourne has been dragged down to a depth that is going to take some time to recover, as a well-known celebrity has stated publicly. The people in charge have no idea how to govern. Instead we see a glass looking Elephant outside the Eastbourne Town Hall, maybe not a “WHITE ELEPHANT!” This is where the Tax-Payer’s money is going and certainly not on sensible issues we have to endure.
