Tonia Krebs
Through my many years of experience as a Real Estate Property Manager and now as a Buyers Agent and Investor Coach through OWN IT Property, I have helped many investors to build profitable property portfolios. In fact, I’ve been entrusted to manage about $70 Million worth of property at any one time.
I’ve seen some investors make really stupid, expensive decisions. By following their results, or lack of results and seeing the depths of their pain, I decided that I had to use my knowledge and experiences, both as an investor myself, and as a property professional, to help people to avoid such costly mistakes.
See, even if you don’t buy property because you’re scared of buying the wrong one, that in itself is a mistake.
One of the biggest pain factors that I see in a ‘would be’ property investor is that they procrastinate and stall on the hard decisions in life. They are really busy and a bit scared of taking the leap out of their regular comfort zone and into the unknown of property. They know they want property, they just worry about all those complicated schemes. A plain and simple way of investing in a normal property so that they can make a good future, is what it’s all about for them. They want to protect themselves from dodgy real estate agents and nightmare property deals. They don’t want to miss the boat. They don’t want to be a ‘gunna’ any more.
Just like an exercise program or a change in your diet, you can think about it as much as you like, but that won’t get you any results. I love training with kettlebells and riding my bike on country roads. I can sit and look at them and think about them for hours, but until I make the choice to pick up the weights or get on the bike, I achieve nothing (although my bike is a beautiful Italian Bianchi, so just looking at it does actually give me pleasure. Weird, I know!).
It’s time to accelerate and enhance your family’s long term financial future right now. TAKE IT TO THE NEXT LEVEL. Really OWN IT.
Once you receive the right knowledge, overcome your fears and feel supported by other like-minded go getters, you will be ready to take action. Your new skills will empower you (and your partner) to create long term wealth and achieve true financial freedom by using a common sense, plain vanilla, low risk strategy to accumulate residential investment properties with a focus on building equity.

Anjay Zazulak – Property Investment Matchmaker – says that most homeowners don’t invest in property because they:
- Don’t know where to start or what to buy,
- Tend to look in a 5-10km radius of where they live, or grew up,
- Think property is unaffordable and inaccessible, and
- They’re hesitant to purchase because they think it will impact their lifestyle.
He says: “Property is more than just an investment for me. I live it, breathe it and love it. That’s why my objective now over the next 5-10 years is to help others create a life of financial independence and happiness through building and growing their own personal property portfolios through quality-driven investment property purchases globally.”
Having purchased over 30 properties in 3 different countries, including New Zealand, Australia & Japan, Anjay has the experience to help many people, even with a low deposit, to get their start in property and avoid the pitfalls and mistakes common to investors.
He gets his biggest kick from sharing his knowledge and expertise with his clients, facilitating their realisations that property investment is within their reach. He’s always amazed that it only takes a little bit of action to get someone started.
